Seniors Head Coach

Emma Coggins

I have been coaching with RMSC since 2021. I grew up swimming year-round with RMSC and competed for the Rockville Rays summer swim team. Before coaching, I worked as a swim instructor, which helped me build strong skills in teaching fundamentals and working with swimmers of all ages. My background as both an athlete and coach has given me a lifelong connection to the sport and a passion for helping swimmers reach their goals. I continue to pursue my love of the sport by training with U.S. Masters Swimming. In addition to coaching, I am currently a teacher, which allows me to bring patience, structure, and a focus on learning to the pool environment.

 Senior Developmental Head Coach

Chelsea Yeatman

Chelsea joined the RMSC Rockville coaching staff in the Fall of 2007 and has since worked with all age groups and skill levels within the RMSC program. Over the years, she has also worked as a lifeguard, personal fitness trainer, and swim instructor where she helped to develop the Swim Team Prep class in order to help bridge the gap between our learn-to-swim program and competitive swimming. Chelsea’s favorite group to coach and primary focus this season will be as the Head Coach of the Senior Developmental Group.
