Apparel

All RMSC swimmers must wear a white swim cap with the RMSC logo at all swim meets.

Team Travel

All RMSC swimmers must review and sign the team Code of Conduct and Medical Authorization forms prior to any travel with the team.

The Rockville-Montgomery Swim Club (RMSC) is one of the most successful swimming teams in the United States. Located just outside Washington, DC in Montgomery County, Maryland. Each of the RMSC sites offer a full program for competitive swimmers at every level from mini-team through national caliber. Our sites are located throughout Montgomery County in Bethesda, Germantown, Olney, Rockville and Silver Spring.
